At the end of August, only one month after joining the Learn Explore Action Progress (LEAP) project, one member progressed into a part-time employed position! This member was able to refine their CV and confidently approach employers by using the skills learnt on the project and they are now working and enjoying their new role – which is absolutely fantastic! This is just one success on the project, and we cannot wait to share many more.
