Last week saw the red carpet premiere of The Stories You Want to Tell at York Theatre Royal. Created and performed by members of Kyra Women’s Project, the script was brought together by a local playwright using the words, stories and emotions of women who shared their experiences with the project. The project was a collaboration between Kyra, Thunk It Theatre and York Theatre Royal, and funded by a Golden Award from the Rank Foundation. The film will feature again at Kyra’s International Women’s Day celebrations on Wednesday 8 March.
