The cost of living crisis has affected us all, and charities are no exception. Costs have risen and demand has increased, and we are asking for your help to continue our essential work. Kyra has launched a Winter Appeal running till March 2024 to help us keep the doors or our safe, warm and welcoming space open.
Kyra receives no statutory or regular funding and relies constantly on grants and fundraising to deliver its vital services to the women of York, free of charge.
The importance of long term support for women is often under-appreciated and under-resourced. Kyra hopes to restore this balance for women in York and the surrounding area but needs your support to contribute to the sustainability of our service.
