Stand in Your Space helps women step back and consider who they are independently, beyond their responsibilities or the roles they play for others. By giving women the tools and encouragement to honour their own thoughts, needs, and aspirations, this course allows them to cultivate a genuine, unfiltered relationship with themselves.

Stand in Your Space is a six-week group coaching program, with each week exploring a unique aspect of self-discovery and empowerment.
- Week 1 – Being with Yourself: Emphasising the importance of stillness, presence, and recognising self-worth.

- Week 3 – Ownership: Taking responsibility for one’s decisions and self-perceptions, fostering confidence and accountability.

- Week 5 – Space: Making room for self-care by creating both physical and emotional space to recharge.
