The Kyra Crew are ready to hit the River Ouse on Sunday to raise much-needed funds for the charity. The team of 20 includes members, trustees, staff, volunteers and friends of Kyra, and this year they will swap their Victorian boating costumes for 1980s fitness-themed costumes involving a lot of Lycra, legwarmers and sparkle!

The race is organised by York Rotary, and while one third of the funds raised go to their two nominated charities, the rest will come to Kyra to support our work helping women to make positive changes in their lives. To support the team, please donate at Rotary Club of York Charity Fund: The Kyra Crew (enthuse.com)

If you’re coming along on the day, The Kyra Crew will be in action in heats at around 10.40, 1.00 and 2.50 – and who knows, maybe even in the grand final at 4pm!
