We are an inclusive charity open to anyone who identifies as a woman. Kyra is supportive of the LGBT community and our volunteers take the time to investigate whether or not we can assist every individual who contacts us for help. If we do not have the skills to help, we will always try to signpost them to other organisations that will be able to help. After much discussion we have made the decision we are not in a position to support people who are non-binary or gender fluid. Support is available through York LGBT Forum, Mesmac, Survive, IDAS and Mind.
