Kyra Women’s Project is delighted to have been selected by The Rank Foundation to host a one year post for a future third sector leader on its Time to Shine programme. Isabel Clark will be working at Kyra throughout 2022, whilst also undertaking leadership development activities through the programme. Whilst at Kyra, in addition to working as Volunteering and Programmes Coordinator, Isabel will be carrying out a project aimed at streamlining processes for matching volunteers and members to courses and activities.

Rosemary Cook, Kyra’s CEO, said: “We are so pleased to be able to host this post. I know Isabel will be a real asset during her time with us, and we will certainly benefit from her project. We want to make it as easy as possible for members to book into our activities and courses, while making the best use of our fantastic volunteers’ skills.”

Isabel, who lives in York and is a graduate of Birmingham University, added: “I am very excited for the next year with Kyra and to be working with such a wonderful charity. I’m hoping this will be the perfect start to my career in the charity sector which is what I want to dedicate my career to.”
